I recently bought the 50 inch TU7020 smart TV and it seems to keep freezing/the remote not working? The Disney + and Amazon Prime apps also don’t really work - again, the tv freezes or it stops running the app and cuts to the Samsung TV.
anyone else had this issue or able to advise on how to resolve it?
Hi @JimmySB. Is your TV up to date? Please confirm the latest software version you have installed. You can find this by pressing the Home/ Menu button on the remote and going to Settings > Support > About this TV. The latest version is 1420.0.

i have already tried to update the software, but it says there are no new updates
