Trying to Install Amazon Alexa on T5300 Error 125059

Trying to Install Amazon Alexa App on T5300 32” TV but keeps coming up with Error 125059. Everything else is working fine. Reset the TV incase I did anything wrong at set up. All updates up to date. Don’t know what else to do. Can’t see anyone else is having the same problem.

alexa in some areas can be hacked whom ever is useing alexa can be listened to outside your home.all smart devices should have a strong password if no password on system it can be hacked and person out side home can listen in talk to your chilldren when your out of room. or listen to private conversations be Warned

Yes, I have the same problem.
Tried various times and it keeps failing to install the app.
