I believe I have a defect on my TV. I bought a soundbar for my Samsung UN50RU71000FXZA. When I try to plug in the digital audio optical cord it does not go in. After watching YouTube tutorials I see that the cover to the port slides in. The cover on my port pulls out. Even with the cover pulled out I cannot plug it in as there is a silver pin blocking the cord from going all the way in. I am assuming the port cover covers the silver pin when pushed in. Has anyone ever dealt with this defect? I have attached a gif for reference
