Just unpacked my new Samsung 75" TU7020 and I cannot get it to pair with Alexa.
I have followed a very good step by step guide on Youtube, but I have done everything that is stated, including setting the Skills and Games set up in the Alexa app, but when I use Samsung Smartthings app, select Device, tap TV, tap Samsung, tap TV and then Start, it just has the little circle scanning and then shows error code 05-300
I have checked all the obvious stuff such as both (all) devices are connected to the same wifi/router etc.
Any ideas or suggestions please ?
I just want to be lazy and be able to ask Alex turn on and off my tv !!
