Transport control timeout - QN65Q80TAFXZA

I have a Q80T with a the smart remote (it only has like 12 buttons).  When you press the play/pause button, transport controls come up on the screen.  They go away after 10 seconds.  I'm looking for a way to adjust that time (either longer, or indefinitely).  I don't see it in the regular menus, and I can't figure out how to get into the service menus with this simple remote.   Any suggestions? 

Tech support was no help, the nice man I got did not understand what I was asking and only wanted to troubleshoot a broken remote with me.

I can't click on it to play it, I'm guessing you can't either.  The first was an mov, the second an mp4.  What format do you need?
