Transfer channels list doesn't exist

I have Samsung Q60R TV 55 inch, I am trying to import satalite channels list but the option of Transfer channels list doesn't exist at all, Itried all ways to make it visible but no chance, also tried to reset and start from scratch and still not showing up. The USB stick is connected and have channels file loaded.

Any suggestions?

The Transferring channel list feature is dependent on the both the specific model and geographical area. Which country are you based in? And what's the full model code of your TV? (You should be able to find that in Settings > Support > About This TV, if you're unable to read it from the back of the TV.)
