Too dark movies on Built in apps vs external device.

I have just bought a UE65TU7000KXXUPD

the movies played on Netflix and Apple TV are far too dark 

here is a comparison of the same movie via built in apple TV app and an external apply TV over HDMI. 

how can I get this resolved.
