TVWe have 2 tv's as above both with Samsung Seagate drives identical, the 65 model used every day, Timeshift stopped working after a while, you just get message '.Not Available' and 'No data for Timeshift' it records fine and plays back recorded programmes, the 55 is used infrequently but mysteriously the same problem appeared but after a much longer duration then the 65....same messages absolutely identical symptoms..... I am hoping some SAMSUNG TECH is reviewing these posts ( i am a electronics and systems engineer ) as I believe there is a software bug that manifests itself after an clasped period of time. I appear not to be the only person to endure these problems, I have spoken to the technical support but no success there in resolving this type of problem. They just trott out factory reset,,,,you can do a factory reset works fine and then repeats exactly the same sequence of events. SO COME ON SAMSUNG 2 OF YOUR HI END TVS PURCHASED FROM JOHN LEWIS NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE........ THERE IS A LATENT DEFECT WITH THE SOFTWARE.... so contact me and we can discuss further Thanks
