Tilted TV

just had Samsung QE85QN800B (2022) Neo QLED HDR 2000 8K Ultra HD Smart TV, 85 inch installed by retailer

The TV sits with a forward tilt at the top / in at the bottom approx 10 - 12 degrees mounted in the central stand 

seems unsightly from the side and seems unsafe.

installer said this was normal - but checked in store and this is not the case with their TVs

any advice?

Depends on the mounting bracket.
Quite often its tilted down because the TV is mounted higher than you'd sit, so better for viewing.
Some brackets will have some adjustments

Most brackets you can tilt forward and back, and side to side

Usually, they add tilt to help achieve the best viewing angle
