Hi I have problem with brand new Samsung smart tv series7, every time I switch it on channels and description shows in the list but it says this service is unavailable on almost every channel on therestial aerial , going thru menu while it’s happening I found that signal strength and quality is in high 90s %. Only way to get channels to work is to switch the tv off and on again sometimes is works after 5min other times 30 min.
Has anyone have any idea what might be causing it?

I have a similar issue. I have just recently bought TU8500 8 series TV. When I attempt to access some channels I receive the this service is unavailable message. Most channels appear to work but there are some that don't.
Please can someone explain the cause of this.
