Just got Sky Q  on a Samsung TV UE50RU7020KXXU

If we turn off and then turn on
Turn on Screen is blank then eventually a screen

This screen does not support HDCP. Try connecting your HDMI cable, or use a different screen.

Turn Sky box off several times and eventually it works.

Tried another HDMI port and cable.

 Sometime the message is

Your picture resolution has been automatically reset to default, because a change in your has been detected. To change your resolution, go to Settings> Setup > Audio visual. For help go to ?

I have to reset SKY menu  from 1080  to 2160

Sky  passed the buck and said to to Samsung for support!

No idea on how to contact Samsung for software a update is over the air????

Surely it is up to Sky to make their product  work?

Too much hassle, luckily still within cooling period  so cancelled.
