I have a 5500 series smart tv. The tv froze while we were watching Netflix. I turned it off and unplugged it, turned it back on and it asked me to download Netflix. I pressed download and “this function is currently not supported” pops up. I reset the hub 3 times and it still says the same thing. How can I fix this? My firestick works fine if that even matters. Thanks!
