The Serif 2019 cannot connect to bluetooth headset

Hi, I have tried to connect my Samsung Serif TV 2019 to several bluetooth headsets, but all turn up with the same error "Cannot connect to x. Make sure the device is turned on". The different headsets lists on the bluetooth speaker list, but as I try to pair them they just won't connect.

Is there anyone who have faced the same issue or knows how to solve it? I have tried to turn the devices on and off and made sure that the headsets are actually working.

Any tips or possible solution would be most appreciated :smiling-face:

Probably just buggy firmware since I have the exact same problem with my QE75Q90R. I have tried every single Bluetooth headset I could lay my hands on and they all appear under the "Bluetooth Speaker List", but when attempting to "pair and connect" it will be unable to connect and asks to "make sure the device is turned on".

Everything works immediately when attempting to connect to my Samsung S21 Ultra phone, but nothing works on the TV including 2 sets of newly purchased Samsung Galaxy Buds Live.
