The Philips Hue Sync TV app is not working.

Every time I launch the app on my Samsung S90C 2023, it loads forever until it displays the message "Something went wrong".

I have tried:

  • Factory reset several times 
  • Coldstart via remote 
  • Coldstart via unplugging the cable 
  • Resetting the smart hub 
  • Reinstalling app
  • Deleting and installing app 
  • Clearing cache/data 
  • Logging in and out of the Samsung account
  • Using a different Samsung account

I was really looking forward to seeing the sync in action; any help would be greatly appreciated.

Working now after updating TV and deleting the Hue app and reinstalling. Seem this latest update and reinstalling the app after deleting worked.
