The Frame TV Volumn issue

I just got the new Frame TV and noticed that the volumn goes up on its own.  Sometimes it comes back down and at other times it stays loud.  How do I correrct this issue?

@dpn: Do you have any external speakers or a soundbar connected to the Frame TV? Also, do you have an external device such as a cable/satellite box connected to the device? Is the issue occurring on all channels? Are you using any accessibility features such as Audio Description?
