The Frame Meltdown!

Hi, I've bought a new 2020 Frame 65" and have it installed on the wall in the kitchen.

Happily watching for a couple of weeks and then all of a sudden, a high pitched squeal, the picture looked like it had dropped in the ocean, and now it can't get passed 'THE FRAME' text when you start it up.

There seems to be a 'click' from the One Connect box every few seconds as the TV powers up, fails and powers down. Every time I turn it on it does something strange. See some pictures of where it is, and what happened once with 'THE FRAME' text.

I also have a Q90R in the living room, I've swapped the one connect box, to see if that was the problem, no luck!

Any advice would be great!

Hey Adam, have you tried hard reset?

if you press one remote for about few minutes till the red sensor light stop blinking.

I had the same issue with my Frame TV and samsung had to swap it for another model.

It seems to be ok now after being turned off at the wall for 2 hours. But I don't feel that's the solution.

Back to square one. Squeeling, crackling, picture off.....dead.
