The frame 65 inch art mode my photos

i would like to see any other problems added to post and does everyone else have the same issues as me

Problems with 65 inch the frame tv. The frame came at an additional cost of £800 for this technology and software . We took a while before choosing the frame over a 75 inch qled for the same money.

After downloading pictures from usb which worked once only. i have 11 pics now but cant download pics from usb to my photos .  the usb is there to be viewed and goes through the motions of downloading but are not saved.
I set display for change every 10mins and turn off with no motion. when it goes off it then resets at display change to 6 hours surely you should be able choose and set permanently.
With  my pictures at 16.9 when i choose modern art frames i only get the frame with a black screen in the frame.
Now with the 11 pictures i have all frames have disappeared i can only choose shadowbox.

I have found out how to download from usb to my photos.

select usb in art mode.            click up to save to my photos and select.

boxes then appear.      select pictures with tick.     when all selected done.

go up to save selected and all are saved  then to my photos

72 photos now yay   1 problem solved
