The frame 65: Black tape coming out of the back of the TV. TV not even unpacked yet

i just got a new samsung the frame 65“. As soon as I unpacked it, I saw this black tape coming out of the back. Any idea what that is?

We're not fully sure what you're referring to here from the photos provided. We're unable to see any 'black tape'.

Could you give us a little more info please?
