The Frame 43 2019 goes into pixelated white pink yellow screen during sleep or art mode

I have a 1 year old the frame 43 TV model number QN43LS03RAFXZC.  I get this intermittent white washed pinkish yellow version of the art mode image when it should go into sleep mode - that image is supposed to be a lake and a mountain.  Anyone else having the same issue?   Any suggestions?

I have the same issue... it happens about once ever couple weeks.  Very annoying -- is this a hardware issue or software?  Pressing the Art Mode button to leave and get back in fixes the issue but it seems like this is a significant bug given it happens often.Power On Art Mode Glitch from Sleep modePower on Art Mode Glitch from sleep mode
