The Frame 32" Art-Mode doesn't wake up in the morning!

I setup the 32" to switch off when no light is detected into the room (and it works properly!) but...

...once the light is in the room again, nothing happens (and the screen stays dark).

No chance to have it in the Art-Mode again unless using the remote control.

Did anybody have this problem (and solved it)?

Hi,
On the one connect box
Try holding the power button for 20 seconds
To reset and see if resolves the issue

I would do it... if only my OneConnect would have a power button. 😞

It hasn't got any and... I fear... bigger model have the power button, so this is another difference the 32" version has got. Too many.

32" seems to be the unlucky brother of all of the others: no 2021 model, no motion sensor, no RJ-45 port onto the OneConnect... bah...

I am also having this issue!

After a restart, it will work as expected very briefly, but as soon as it sits “off” for more than a few minutes it won’t wake itself up.

Same here, with 75" 2022. Will not wake in the mornings
