Hi everyone!
I own The Frame 65" 2021 tv from May 2021. Recently, I have noticed a problem where it gets randomly disconnected while watching videos from my UPNP server(Asus Router). I had no issues with it until about a month ago and once it happens, I have to go back to the server, browse the file then fast forward to the point which is very awkward to do. It's not the server side issue, as all other clients are all ok still. Additionally, all other streaming apps (Disney, Netflix, Youtube and etc) on the TV still works flawlessly which suggests there's no issues with network or hardware of the TV. I am based in UK.
I suspect it's the latest firmware of the TV. Anyone got ideas?
I googled and found out the thread below that another person in US forum has reported the exact same issue.
