The frame 2019 ambient mode

Does the Frame 2019 have ambient mode as well as Art mode. It would be good if it had both.

Completely agree with most of the posts in this thread. There seems to be a failure in communication at the PR level, with many websites reporting that both Ambient and Art modes are available in the 2019 (LS03) Frame series. Even the manual implies this. A huge disappointment for those of us who bought a Frame expecting ambient features (such as screen off with audio)

Hello did we get any update from Samsung about update of firmware to have the ambient mode on model 2019 ? I bought it end of the years and I think they should add this feature

Hi, I was planning to buy The Frame 65". The price came down on Buy Dig and it looked like a good time to buy.

Now, I'm not.  Having read this thread and seen how Samsung does not reply and how deceptive their marketing is, I'm looking at other brands.  This level of responsiveness does not bode well, so... there you go.

I owned the 2019 and now own the 2020. The 2020 does not have the ambient mode. I was very disappointed after being so happy with the 2019 version.

wvlieghe you wrote 2020 model has it, that is why i asked,i thought you had. People who has 2020 model say that 2020 model does not have the ambient mode. In previous messages i saw a link which was saying 2020 model has , and there was a link. In that link it was shown ambient mode. Here in Russian site i do not see it.
