The Frame 2019 Ambient Mode

I have purchased a new 2019 The Frame 65 inch. I'm looking for Ambient Mode, in the e-manual it states that all 2019 Qled en Serif tv's have Ambient mode, but I can't find it. All commercials with for the frame design contest showed the ambient mode. I bought the tv for ambient mode amongst others. Don't tell me I could have bought a 500€ 65 inch Samsung with ambient mode, and my expensive frame does not have this ambient mode!

@cubicprotone: If you press the Home button and look to the right of the 'Apps' option at the bottom of the screen you should see the Ambient Mode button (Blue Circular image with leaves inset). Simply select this option to enter Ambient Mode. I hope this helps.

No. That button is art mode and just shows pictures. I want to be able to project time or other options included in ambient mode. Should I install an update? Is this not included on the frame 2019 QE65LS03R and why is it not included?

Was there any further updates to this post regarding Ambient mode showing on Frame?  I'm guessing it's simply not available as have just got the 2019 65" Frame and can't find it anywhere but wanted to check.

Looking for ambient mode as well. The manual says that the 2019 Frame has this feature. Why is it not available?

I too am extremely disappointed since I have a brick wall and would like it to blend in at times when not at use. I don't even care if I have to pay for that artwork to be uploaded... It was advertised and it should be delivered. Of course if they make me pay I'll keep that in mind the next time I spend well over $1,000 for a new TV or a new phone

The moderator is a clueless, as is everyone else at Samsung support. I have spent over 20 hours and 25+ contacts.

Bottom line: Yes, we are all out of luck and got screwed. There is NO AMBIENT MODE on the 2019 65" Frame TV. ONLY art mode. Yes, I bought one also for the Ambient Mode. Literature as well as Samsung implied or flat out said it WAS on ALL 2019 QLED tv's. It took me all those contacts for Samsung to finally admit that it is NOT a feature on the Frame, and then backtracking like crazy with all kinds of *****ic nonsense saying it was never represented to have it! One more time to 'bend over'. 

NOW---I am having issues with the white line across the top AND the mat settings on all the artwork GO AWAY. Of course, these are both NON-ISSUES according to Samsung and there are no fixes for any of these 3 problems. Great company, huh?

You are one of the CLUELESS at Samsung. You could not possibly had tried that yourself. NOT THERE!!

Of course you are not alone. Over a dozen Samsung 'specialists' said what you said. You all should be ashamed of yourselves!
