Had this Samsung tv for years but never had a problem before. Randomly the volume and channel information is stuck on the screen. When you change channels, it doesn't go away after a few seconds. The software is all up to date, retuned, picture reset, tried screen diagnosis... and switched on and off! 
Can anybody help please? Some of the setting resets need a PIN and I've no idea what it could be.. the TV is quite old and so is my memory!! 

Model is UE48JU6500

The default PIN number for your television is 0-0-0-0.

Navigate to and open Settings, and then select General.

Navigate to Usage Mode settings.

Select System Manager, and select Usage Mode.

Set the mode to Home mode.

If required, enter a PIN. It is usually 0000. Then, select Home mode.

an anyone help me ive had this tv 3 months now, until today no problem  suddenly when scrolling the channel guide the tv stuck on 100 and i cannot get it to go below 100, no idea whats wrong but its annoying the hell out of me. why have two remotes for one tv is nuts, both remotes are different, one enables me to access full tv guide, and that's the one that's now stuck on 100.
