Terrible customer service

What do you do when you have purchased a product that states it includes free installation... however when you receive the product the delivery team refuse to install the product and now the product is sitting in your sofa for over a week and no one from the Samsung team is able to help or provide a solution or have give you an installation time or date.

@T-G: Sorry to hear that you're having issues with your recent purchase. Which product are you referring to specifically? Was the item purchased directly from the Samsung website at samsung.com? If so, did you ensure to choose free delivery AND installation at the checkout?

There was no option for me to tick free installation it’s just said free installation was included and gave me the option to pay extra to have it delivered on a certain day which I did
