Can someone please tell me how to get teletext on my UE55AU7100KXXU 55inch tv please. I have always had teletext on other makes of tv, but not this one

The old teletext services went out with the ark. The newer Red Button service is still used by BBC, ITV, C4 etc and can be accessed via the red button on your tv remote.

@Members_x9SjQY9  The fuller explaination we got from Samsung a while ago was:

"Due to broadcast changes it is no-longer possible to access BBC interactive services using the Teletext button. Please note, TVs that are not connected to the internet and some older models may still show some information if the Teletext button is pressed.

It is now necessary to press the RED button to launch BBC interactive services. Just make sure that your signed in to your Samsung Account on the TV and BBC iPlayer app."
