I recently bought a Samsung Art tv and can't get the classic teletext page up using the TTX/MIX button, all i get is a grey box on screen with a 'not available message, also the red button feature is very hit and miss, sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. I noticed others have posted on here regarding the same problems but it doesn't look like they've had a satisfactory answer. This tv cost me a lot of money and i hope you can give me a fix for this problem as i intend to submit reviews for it.

Hi @ronnieboy
Try this:
Go to Home > Settings > Broadcasting > Expert Settings > Digital Text > Enable.
Let us know how you get on!

Agree with you. I can't get any text services either, and there's no Digital Text option in the Expert Settings area, certainly WOULDN'T recommend Samsung to Anyone these days, worse than Bush & other basic TVS, just MUCH MORE expensive!

Hey all,
I have located a similar thread that may help you. Take a look at it by following this link: https://eu.community.samsung.com/t5/tv/cannot-get-teletext-on-new-uhd-tv/td-p/1663014

Circumvent this problem if you have a Sky box as follows:-
A) Using your Samsung remote select the Sky icon and press select
b) Using your Sky remote select a BBC channel on Sky such as 101 (BBC1)
c) Using your Sky remote press the text button
Teletext now available

Although the remote features a TTX/MIX button, this cannot be used to access the service. For channels that support Teletext, press the '123' button on your standard remote or Smart Remote for over 1 second to bring up the Teletext menu.

What/which is the 123 button on my remote?
