Can't get TV source /option on this monitor (it has TV tuner built in) but doesn't pick up Freeview signals /channels

Hi @timthetitan, 

 

Have you tried a different aerial cable? Are you using an indoor or outdoor aerial? Does the aerial connection work okay with other devices?

Using outdoor rooftop aerial with very strong signal. Have also tried different high quality aerial leads.

 

Yes, it all works perfectly with other devices. Can you please confirm that freeview tuner is installed on this product? Can you also tell me how to do completely new setup ie factory reset?? Would welcome any other suggestions!
