Judging by the boards this seems to be a common problem with Samsung TVs, but I can’t access subtitles. I have a virgin media account and when I’m using that I have no problem. However I can only access my Amazon prime account by accessing it separately (via the source button) and then cannot access subtitles. When I try to select them they are greyed out and marked as unavailable.
