On my recently purchased QE55Q80A, the subtitles remote button goes to an Accessibility Shortcuts menu. Then have to scroll down to switch subtitles on/off.
Personally, I find that tedious but it's worse for my elderly M-in-law. She expects a simple on/off, straight from the button. Anything more gets her confused.
Is there a better way?
