Stressful Experience With New Samsung TV

I just got a Saunsung BU8070 and it’s been a nightmare. 
Picture quality seems to change by itself randomly and most annoying is how it crops most 4K movies and **bleep** two black bars above and below the screen. 

Does anyone know how to remove these? I am sincerely thinking of returning the TV!!

Have you turned all the eco setting off.

The black bars are normal, some films are filmed wider than a TV so they have to put black bars top and bottom, otherwise you'd not see the sides of the picture. It's been like this for as long as films have been shown on TVs. I'm not sure how you don't know this, is this the first time you've seen a TV?

Why so angry? Everything ok with your whole life? Fails me to understand why people like you answer questions with insults. Your life must be really sad in more ways than one to be this way. 

FYI, aspect ratio bars don’t show up on 50inch tvs or less, hence my new experience with black bars as I recently upgraded to a larger screen.
