I have an ongoing problem streaming on model UE40MU6400. With both Netflix and Amazon will stream for about five minutes then starts buffering and then stops. Then get messages such as "Network disconnected - Check wireless connection" or "Connected to local network but not internet"

To continue viewing will then have to reconnect to network but will ocassionally restart without being reconnected.

 

Don't think it ISp or bandwidth problem. As a test I was able to stream a full film to an ipad positioned next to TV and simultaneously watch a film on Amazon Prime on desktop computer.

Hi @noguru48. Can you tell me which software version you're currently running? Can you also try resetting the Smart Hub? To do this go to Menu > Smart Hub > Reset Smart Hub. At this point you will be prompted to enter a PIN. If you have not set one up this will be 0000.

Software version is T-KTMDEUC-1270.3, BT-S

Reset Smart hub, as I have many times.

Same result as usual, streams very briefly.

Message "Wireless network disconnected"

Reset network.

Message "Network connected but no internet"
