Hi there, I have a permanent screen-wide horizontal ribbon at the bottom of my screen displaced a few pixels upwards, which most of the times intersects the subtitle lines and permanently undercuts the bottom menu bar.
Firmware version is 2503.0
MN : UN43T5300AGXUG
is this a configuration issue or something to send it to tech support?

@PWeasel: Is the issue visible on all channels and sources? If you head to Settings > Support > Self Diagnosis > Picture Test, is it visible in sample image?
In the meantime, please try powering off the TV, unplug it at the wall for 30 seconds, then plug it back in and power back on using the remote to see if this helps. If the problem persists, then please head to samsung.com > Scroll to the bottom of the screen > Contact us, and get in touch via your preferred contact method, and an advisor will be able to assist you further.

yup. all sources (HDMI/Apps/Browser/menu)
already had it unplugged for a couple minutes and the problem persists.
