@Members_YmBl2Ak: I'm sorry to hear that you have experienced this issue with your TV. At this stage, please confirm the model number, located on the sticker on the back of the device, and I will look into this further for you.
In the meantime, please can you let me know if you can see a red light when the TV is plugged in, and in standby? If so, is the light flashing, or constantly lit?

@Members_YmBl2Ak: Please note that I have removed the photograph attached to your previous post, as it contained key identifying information such as the serial number. I have edited the post to include the model number for visibility purposes.
If you can't see a red light, then please make sure that the plug is pushed all the way into the power outlet. If it is, try plugging another device into the same outlet to ensure that it is working correctly. I also recommend trying the TV in an alternate power outlet, to see if the issue persists. Furthermore, if the power cable at the back of the TV is removable, please check that it is firmly inserted.

@Members_YmBl2Ak: You may wish to purchase a replacement mains cable from our official spare parts site, linked below, to see if this helps.

If the TV will still not power on, then I recommend arranging for the device to be inspected by authorised engineer via our pick up service. To do so, please follow the link below, click on 'TV and Audio Visual' and follow the on-screen instructions.
