STILL GETTING ADS ON ALL4, EVEN THOUGH I'VE PAID £3.99 A MONTH TO AVOID THEM, MY TV IS UE37ES6710. CHANNEL 4 CAN'T HELP

I've registered and paid fot ALL4+ to avoid ads on streamed programmmes, but the ads still appear. Channel 4 support don't know how to fix this problem - does anyone?
