Station not changing but channel is

My Samsung QE43Q65AAU smart tv sometimes will not change the station. The remote works fine and the selected channel number required very briefly flashes on the screen but the station does not change and stays the same.

Using the remote control up and down channels always works OK and after using that just to move either one channel either up or down, a channel number can be selected and then the station changes and all is well until another day when the problem may occur again.

Just annoying, any ideas gratefully received

Hi @Members_jlxKOii  can check that you have the latest firmware which is  1430.6 which was released in October. It can be downloaded to USB and updated that way.  https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/model/QE43Q65BAUXXU/ 

if you have this software or does not made a difference try unplugging from the mains for around a minute and try again.  However if still issues you may need to Factory Reset.  Settings-Support-Self Diagnosis-Reset.
