HELLO MY SAMSUNG TV WILL NOT COME ON , AND THE STANDBY LIGHT IS FLASHING ALL THE TIME THE TV IS PLUGGED IN TO THE MAINS , IVE BEEN ON THE WEBSITE AND ANSWERED A FEW QUESTIONS REGARDING MY TV WAS GIVEN A RESPONSE ,SAYING LOOKS LIKE THERE MAY BE A FAULT WITH MY TV AND WAS GIVEN A REFRENCE NUMBER ,BUT I CAN NOT SEEM TO BE ABLE TO BOOK A REPAIR ?

I had this problem once and was told by Samsung to turn my main broadband off, and the TV switched back on, it was something to do with their server's, Samsung smart TVs look for a WiFi signal to first operate, try it .
