Soundbar has no sound for Samsung APPS connected via HDMI ARC (un43n5300)

I have a samsung un43n5300 and i got a very basic 2.1 Toshiba sound bar recently, Everything works well except when i try to use any samsung apps like netflix, or tv plus, or Flix. I believe this is a samsung TV issue.
