Hi
I am having audio sound problems on my Samsung 55" QLED 8K tv
the black box where the HDMI ports are is intermittent, on several of the ports, I get the picture come through but I don't always get the sound. also my stand alone DVD player will provide the picture but not always the sound.
I then have to re-install the items several times before the fault disappears
I have had the engineers in and they have changed the mother board in the black box
but unfortunately it has not cured the problem.
Has anyone noticed the same problem.
