Even though I have my settings NOT to automatically download and install new firmware, one day over Christmas I was met with the message that new software had been installed when I switched on the TV, a 22 model 55" The Frame. Can anyone with connections with Samsung explain what's the purpose of this setting when the TV does the opposite?
Now, I notice that my streaming apps have out of sync sound and picture. After 30 minutes watching it's at least by a second. I can fix this by rewinding 30 seconds but it soon is the same problem over again. Did not have this problem with fw 1304. The same apps on my cable TV box run just fine in this regard.
Does anyone know a permanent fix for this?
