Good morning.
I'm having sound issues with one part of my set up.
I have a Crystal Surround Air Track soundbar
QLED TV
BT set top box
My set up is :
HDMI from the set top box to the Tv
Optical cable from set top box to the Soundbar.
I also have connected a PlayStation and a DVD to the Tv also using a HDMI
sound can be heard as it should whilst watching tv, however if I then use the smart tv access to Netflix the soundbar still plays the set top box and does not pick up the Netflix sound. I have to turn off the sound bar and turn up the tv sound. The blue tooth on the tv doesn’t seem to find the sound bars BT🤷♂️
thought I was quite good at sorting this kind of stuff out.
any advise would be great and appreciate in advance anyone’s time.
