Sound delay

I have a 75” q900 tv and a q90r soundbar. 
they are connected with 8k HDMI cable via ARC.

i have tried different HDMI leads but cannot resolve the audio delay

i have set the delay to zero but audio is still behind the video when viewing tv or playing through virgin media box.

any one help with this. I have searched forum and tried all suggestions I can find

do you have intelligent sound switch on? this can sometimes cause lag issues. set your sound settings to basic sound.
