Sorting apps on AU8075 Crystal UHD 4K

How do I sort the apps in the Smart Hub on my U8075 Crystal UHD 4K (2021)?

I go into the Apps - Settings and sort the apps in the order I want to have them (and make sure they're added to the start screen), but when I go back to the Smart Hub start screen, they're not sorted at all. What do I do wrong?

I've tried to turn off/on the tv, update software and apps. But that didn't help.

In the settings the order looks right, but not in the Smart Hub/start screen.

That doesn't seem to be one of our UK models, would you be able to confirm where did you get this from or provide me with the full model code?

@Svend Aage: If you press the Home button on your remote to bring up the Smart Hub > Navigate to the app you want to move > Press down on the direction pad > Move > Use the left or right to move it to the desired spot, then press Enter, does this work for you?
