I'm trying to set up my Sonos Beam. To do so, I need to change the TV sound output to TV Speaker. I am unable to in the speaker settings. I know the hardware works because I go to Support > Self Diagnosis > Sound Test, and it asks me if I want to switch to TV Sound Output. I say yes, hear the test from the Sonos Beam, and then it switches back to receiver in less than 5 seconds. It asks me again to switch. Help!
