please help, green-red noice instead of dark details in HDR dark scenes. both from hdmi and internall apps.

Are you able to capture this in a photo? Also, could we take the software version of your TV please? Go to Home > Settings > Support > About This TV.

Thanks for that. We can confirm that the software on your TV is up-to-date. 

Have you tried adjusting any of the picture settings of the TV?

i tried everything. tv was bought a week ago. i tried all combinations of options I can see. incl factory reset.
