Suddenly neither my wife nor I can change channels using the Smartview app on our iPhones. All the software is up to date on both the app and the TV. Digital channel selection and channel guide don't work either, but volume and navigation do. Any suggestions?

Sounds like a fault. Inform your retailer straight away, and if within the first 4 weeks asfor a replacement.
