Smartview connection issues with new Q90R TV

Hello. I upgraded my old Samsung TV to a new Q90 and been delighted with it overall, except for one issue. I've been having issues trying to connect my S10plus phone and S6 Lite tablet to the smartview on there. All deviced have latest firmware. I have no issues connecting the devices to my old Samsung TV which is now in the bedroom. The only way I can get Smartview to connect is by turning the TV off and back on again at the mains and connecting immediately which isn't ideal. Also I get the connection prompt pop up frequently when I'm not trying to connect which is really annoying. Get this about every 15 minutes when not trying to connect, but don't even get the prompt when I actually do try to connect.

yep I'm having issues too .
I have the s10 and have the qe85r and the frame 2020 and smartview and wifi Dex are not playing ball. 😞
