smartthings professional calibration missing

I have a 55S90C tv which i would like to calibrate

First the calibration option was missing for days but yesterday it finally appeared

i got the option

BASIC CALIBRATION

PROFESSIONAL  CALIBRATION

i tried the first one and it worked

now the problem is whenever i want to calibrate again i only get the BASIC CALIBRATION option, the professional option is missing

how can i get it back.

i already reset picture mode, uninstalled the app and installed it again

i am referring to the smartthings app

there is a smart calibration option in there but it does not alwayus show up when you use it.

i am not the only one with this problem
