SmartThings 55Q7Fn ambient mode on iPhone

Hi all

i want to change the ambient mode background to match with the wall so when I go to the app to take a photo the camera icon doesn’t work  

any idea?

Long and short —Ambient Mode is a fraud. It’s never worked as advertised, yet Samsung continues to knowingly represent that it has features that it simply does not have.

My iPhone xs managed only one time to work this button and take a photo that the qled transformed into something horrible!

As detailed in the thread referenced above, about the only way to get Ambient Mode to work anything like Samsung claims appears to be to use a very involved kludge (which Samsung is reported to have disabled in the latest version of StupidThings).  Here is what I was able to do with that hack/kludge:
