SmartHub disappearing

Hi

I have a a UE40NU7120 and recently the Smart Hub has disappeared - the home button on the remote does nothing and I have had to reset the Smart Hub in the Settings menu twice- however each time the TV is turned off the Smart Hub disappears 

please help!!!!

Hi @Kindle. Can you try resetting the Smart Hub? To do this go to Menu > Smart Hub > Reset Smart Hub. At this point you will be prompted to enter a PIN. If you have not set one up this will be 0000.

Yes - already done this twice - the SmartHub will then disappear once the TV is turned off

Are you running software version 1252.0?

If you press Menu/ Settings on your remote and go to Support > Software Update, you should be able to update to the latest version. Alternatively, if you have access to a computer and a USB stick, you can download the update from this link.
